Ironbound SC Developmental Program

Our Developmental Soccer Program (Pre-K to 8th Grade) is the foundational starting point in our player pathway, making it the ideal place for players who are new to the game and those who are looking to master the technical skills necessary to excel in a competitive environment.

As we continue through the Spring 2026 season, we are excited to unveil a modernized structure for the upcoming 2026-2027 year. Our program is shifting to a school-year-based age grouping with fun new camps, leagues and pre-travel initiatives.

The program is divided into two age-specific tracks:

• Minis (Pre-K & Kindergarten): Having fun while learning the basics! We use high-energy games and small-sided play to help kids get comfortable with the ball, improve their movement, and fall in love with soccer.

• Mediums (1st to 8th Grade): Let's build solid fundamentals! Players work on mastering ball control, winning 1v1 matchups, and understanding how the game works. It’s the perfect environment to sharpen skills and gain the confidence needed to move up to our competitive teams.
