The 2009 Super Y-League North American Finals - Ironbound SC lands 3 teams in Tampa.
The Super Y-League North American Finals, regarded as the top youth soccer event in North America, is a five-day tournament that includes over 130 of the best youth soccer teams in the US and Canada from U13 to U17 for boys and girls. Teams will qualify from their respective regions and will face the best from around North America in a quest to become league champions. The event will include over 5,000 players, parents and spectators.
This year’s event will begin on Thursday, November 19th with the first day of matches being played on Friday, November 20th. Championship matches are scheduled for Tuesday, November 24th.
U13 Boys
The Fury are the first Ironbound team to take the field on Friday, 9:00 am, against Nova FC. On Saturday, they will play the NH Phantoms, and end group play on Sunday against the Long Island Rough Riders, both games will be at 9:00 am.
U14 Boys
Inter take the field at 11:00 am on Friday, against Coquitlam MFSC. On Saturday, they play the Ottawa Fury, and end group play on Sunday against the Alpharetta United, both games will be at 1:00 pm.
U15 Boys
The Predators are the last Ironbound team to take the field on Friday against BlackWatch SC, at 3:00 pm. On Saturday, they play the No. Va. Royals and on Sunday, the Westchester Flames, both games at 3:00 pm.
The three Ironbound teams play all of their games at the Ed Radice Park Facility, in Tampa, FLorida.
